About the Space:
1200sq/ft open area for:

• Workshops
• Trainings
• Pop up classes
• Performance practise
• Photoshoots
• Film/Video Shoots
• Meetings, etc

The space comes with:

• Different types of heavy duty worktables
• A metal workbench
• Professional saw horses
• Drying racks/shelving
• Stools
• Chairs
• Clean restrooms
• Wifi access

Everything is on casters and can be moved easily to reconfigure the room.

For an extra fee we also have:
• Basic woodworking tools.
• AV equipment (video projector/sound support)

Costs:

• $35 first hour
• $25 following hours
• 1 hour minimum
• Security deposit check, returned immediately after we have checked the space for problem

Space has to be returned to exact same set up and cleaned up after use.

We need:
2 days notice for first time rentals
1 day notice if you have used the space before

We’d love to form partnerships with individuals and organizations looking to hold regularly scheduled classes. Discounted rates will be given to consistent and repeat customers.
